Refund Policy

At Swift Virtual Assistants, we do our best to make sure our clients are happy with the services we provide. If something doesn’t go as expected, we’re here to help.

1. Service-Based Policy

Because we offer virtual assistant services (not physical products), refunds are handled differently. Once work has started, we charge for the time and effort already spent.

2. When Refunds May Be Given

You may be eligible for a partial or full refund if:

  • You cancel the service before we begin working

  • There was a mistake on our side that we couldn’t fix

  • You are not satisfied with the service and notify us within 3 days of delivery

Each refund request will be reviewed fairly and case-by-case.

3. When Refunds Are Not Given

We generally do not offer refunds if:

  • The work has already been completed as agreed

  • You change your mind after the work is delivered

  • You do not provide the required information or access for us to do our job
